The Hungarian Presidency is striving to achieve a unanimous declaration by the Home Affairs Council, on 9 June 2011 that Bulgaria and Romania are technically prepared for joining Schengen; and the two countries’ admission must be revisited for a decision at the end of September, Home Minister Sándor Pintér told the eu2011.hu.
